Hey, there! We’re Mia and Ceci—two long-time colleagues, turned best friends, turned co-founders.

After years as Workday consultants, customers, and everything in between, we were confronted with the same unfortunate reality again and again: Too many HRIS teams struggle with Workday—a system that’s meant to help.

So, we teamed up and founded Well Built Solutions on February 18th, 2024 with a two-part mission:

1. Inspire #wellbuiltworkday tenants, worldwide.
2. Empower you and your team to become your own Workday experts.

Then, we got to work!

First, we started a PhaseX consulting practice focused on well built configuration and customer empowerment. We made knowledge transfer and documentation the stars of every project—and our clients loved it.

Next, we launched the Well Built Solutions newsletter, offering weekly configuration guides and HRIS strategy insights. We quickly grew a passionate readership.

Then, we taught the Workday ecosystem calc fields via our Calculated Fields Demystified tutorials on LinkedIn. The series has since earned over 1.5M impressions.

And now, we’ve built the Workday Resource we always wished we’d had: Well Built Library.
