The Ignite plan includes all the essentials for Core HCM and general Workday mechanics—everything your team needs to succeed cross-functionally.

Accelerate is best suited for teams who:

✅ Are 2+ years out from initial go-live.
✅ Are ready to push beyond the basics and access continuous learning.
✅ Want to stay ahead of the curve with clear insight into Workday Releases.
✅ Have major configuration projects or module rollouts on the horizon.

The Accelerate plan builds on Ignite, growing larger each month with new content drops that span into more niche areas of Workday. Think solutions-based how-tos, troubleshooting walkthroughs, and snack-able training bites for high-impact, quick wins.

Well Built Library is conveniently housed within Workday’s Learning module. This means you get to use the very tool you’re learning about—when we say hands on, we mean it 😜

Don’t have the Learning module? At this point, unfortunately, you won’t be able to purchase a Well Built Library membership. If you’re still interested, reach out to your Workday Support Contact to explore the Workday Learning SKU.

Following Fri. Nov 14, at 11:59 PST, Well Built Library will not be accepting new members until mid-2026.
Membership prices at that time will increase to reflect the expansion of the library.

Once you secure your Founding Member status with a $1,000 nonrefundable down payment, you’ll receive an onboarding email detailing next steps.

Your Well Built Library membership comes with unlimited seats. It not only covers your team—it covers your entire organization. So, when stakeholders beyond HRIS could benefit from a piece of content, you can include them! We show you how 😎

You sure can! Should you decide to upgrade, we’ll install all Accelerate content to-date in your tenant, and you’ll pay a prorated annual price based on your original annual membership term. Although Accelerate plan prices will rise as the library expands, when you upgrade in your first year as a Founding Member, you’ll still pay the Founding Member Accelerate price, prorated.

Unfortunately, no! Your annual commitment is required for the Accelerate plan. You can, however, downgrade once your annual term ends.

You start in the tier that matches your headcount the day you become a Well Built Library member. If you just make the smaller tier—congrats! You lock-in this price for your first year 😏 The next year, we’ll re-evaluate your headcount and bump you up to the next tier if your headcount exceeds the original threshold.

And nope! Contingent workers are not included in your headcount, but they can still be given access to the content library!

Historically, it takes 12 - 18 months for an HRIS pro to get up to speed on Workday. Well Built Library shortens that steep learning curve by 86% (or more) with on-demand knowlege transfers you can access while on the job. Gone are the days of scattered resources and high-level, snooze-fest trainings. With Well Built Library, your struggle to learn a new system becomes an invigorating journey you’re well-equipped for.

Yes. All content is created on behalf of the customer (you!) and hosted securely inside your own tenant. It does not include any proprietary or client-specific data.  We will also soon be SOC2 Type II certified!

You can add up to 3 team members to our Content Request portal in Canny. If a content idea comes to mind as you go about your day or roadmap, just submit it through the portal. If approved, the content idea will become visible to other Well Built Library members who can vote on it.️ Your ideas determine the direction of Well Built Library! ✨

Similar to other enterprise content memberships, your membership requires an annual commitment, and can’t be canceled midterm.

We configure a well built security setup in your tenant to ensure that you have granular control over who can access Well Built Library (and we teach you how to own and manage this setup in your get-started content!).
